Deeded Ownership
Deeded timeshare ownership at any MVP takes place by issue of a Warranty Deed. This type of fee simple deed is the highest form of ownership in deeded timeshare real estate. You obtain title to the property free and clear of any liens and encumbrances. Your specific timeshare unit and vacation week are recorded on your deed confirming your resort location and vacation time. All documents are prepared by our licensed real estate professionals and processed by our legal department. Upon completion of the recording process in the appropriate county courthouse, your deed will be mailed to you for your records.
